- We store the content you enter to create your page and a private edit token to manage it.
- We do not process payments. Contributions are made directly between you and your contributors using the payment instructions you publish.
- Pages can be deleted at any time using the private edit link and are automatically removed after 12 months.
- We do not sell data and we do not run ads.

When you create or manage a page, we may store:
- Page content: baby name (optional), welcome message, and contribution details (for example IBAN or payment link) that you choose to publish.
- Page identifiers: page ID and a private edit token (used to edit or delete the page).
- Timestamps (for example creation time, edit times, and deletion time).
- Checkout data needed to provide the service: Stripe session IDs and related metadata.
- Support communications if you email us.
Guest pages are accessible to anyone who has the guest link. We do not publish a directory and pages are not intended to be discoverable by search.
Your private edit link should be treated like a password. Anyone with it may be able to edit or delete the page.
- To create and host your page and make it accessible by link.
- To let you edit or delete your page using your private edit link.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
- To provide customer support and handle removal requests.
- Contract: to provide the page creation and hosting service you request.
- Legitimate interests: to secure and operate the service and prevent abuse.
- Legal obligation: where we must comply with applicable law.
We use third parties to operate the service. These providers may process personal data on our behalf:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (to serve the website and store data).
- Database provider (to store pages and service data).
- Stripe (to process the one-time payment for page creation).
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards used by those providers (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
- Page content: kept until you delete it or until it is automatically removed after 12 months, whichever comes first.
- Backups: may retain deleted data for a limited period for recovery and security purposes.
- Support emails: kept as needed to resolve your request and maintain records of support interactions.
Depending on your situation, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object, and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect data, including access controls and secure handling of service credentials. No method of storage or transmission is risk-free.
We do not use advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics or other tracking in the future, we will update this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies at the time you use the service.
